You will work one-on-one with your coach to complete our proprietary value assessment form. This form provides a template to identify your top values and priorities for life-long fulfillment. Initial coach-client discussions will focus on defining, clarifying, and visualizing these unique values and priorities.
This is the phase of coaching where we identify the gap between where you are now and where you want to be in the future. Coach-client discussions will focus on uncovering your unique strengths, better understanding your day-to-day schedule, and determining creative solutions to help you move forward. The end state of this phase is to develop a strategic framework, including actionable goals, to allow you to set sail.
Our coaching sessions focus on providing you with the tools to take action. This phase of coaching is where, through guided trial-and-error, you implement these tools and reflect upon your successes. Coach-client discussions will focus on self-reflection, identifying any barriers to action, improving accountability, and maintaining behavior change for life-long personal/professional growth.
The integrative coaching process is highly individualized. The coach and the client collaboratively determine how many sessions-per-month work best based off of the client's schedule. The most successful engagements span over four to six months, with initial sessions occurring twice in the first month and transitioning to monthly thereafter. Each coaching session is delivered via a virtual format that lasts between 30 minutes (for a periodic check-in) to a full hour. After experiencing success with the initial coaching process, many clients elect to extend their contracts as they navigate life's many transitions and pursue new personal/professional goals.
